Ways to Pay

Current students can make payments online through MyIvy, Ivy Tech's online student portal.

1. Login to MyIvy
2. Select My Account Balance

Once logged in, you will be rerouted to IvyPay where you can pay your balance in full or set up a payment plan.

To pay in full:

1. Click Make Payment
2. Select Add 按你想要的条件付款
3. The payment date will default to the current date and cannot be changed
4. Enter a personal note (optional); click Continue
5. Select Payment Method 从下拉列表中; click Continue

加入付款计划:

1. Click 参加付款计划 button
2. Select Term from drop-down menu; click Select
3. 回顾计划选项和细节
4. Click Select 对于你想加入的计划
5. Review Plan charges, down payment, and payment schedule
6. Optional: Enter additional down payment amount; click Update Schedule button
7. Click Continue
8. Select Payment Method 从下拉列表中; click Continue button
9. Complete the steps to submit your payment and complete payment plan enrollment process

Authorized users who have been granted access can pay online via IvyPay.

1. Go to IvyPay
2. Click the Authorized Users button
3. 输入电子邮件和密码
4. Click Login button

To pay in full:

1. Select Account Type 从下拉列表中 
2. Enter Account Information (9-digit routing number and account number) 
3. Enter Billing InformatioN(姓名及帐单地址)
4. Save 付款方式(可选) 
5. Click Continue 
6. Review ACH Agreement; check the "I agree to the above terms and conditions" box, then click Continue 
7. Review the transaction details; if everything is correct, click Submit
8. 如果您的付款成功, you will be routed to the Payment Receipt page and a receipt will be generated. 打印收据(Ctrl+P). 
9. 关闭窗口并注销.

Payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit or debit cards must be made online. A minimal service fee will apply for each credit/debit transaction. 

1. Review payment details; click Continue to PayPath; the PayPath Payment Service will open in a new window 
2. Review transaction details, including service fee information; click Continue
3. Review Payment Amount Information (does not include service fee amount); click Continue 
4. 输入卡片信息，然后单击Continue 
5. Review payment information, including service fee and total payment amount
6. Read Terms and Conditions; check the I agree to the terms and conditions box; click Submit Payment 
1. If needed, you can select Change Information to begin the PayPath process over
7. A receipt will be generated and a copy will be emailed to you; click Print to print the receipt 
8. 单击“关闭”，退出

Cash payments are permitted at any Ivy Tech campus.

Checks must be made payable to 常青藤科技社区学院 with the student's name and C Number (student identification number) in the memo line.
